Gable is an Analyst on Pensam’s Asset Management team.
In his role, Gable analyzes property-level financial statements, identifies opportunities to enhance financial performance, and evaluates capital event strategies across Pensam’s portfolio. He also contributes to investor reporting and supports the execution of investor distributions for Pensam’s equity investments, working closely with internal teams to monitor asset performance and provide data-driven insights.
Prior to joining Pensam, Gable worked at Mint12 as a Real Estate Investments Analyst. In this role, he underwrote multifamily acquisitions and dispositions and prepared investment memoranda and analytical reports to support investment decision-making.
Gable holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Virginia.
