Pensam is proud to once again participate in BH Management Services’ Rent-Free Holidays program, an initiative launched in 2023 to support and celebrate residents during the holiday season.
This year, 33 Pensam communities were selected to receive Rent-Free Holidays as part of the broader program. Across our properties, residents received rent and utility support for December, reinforcing our commitment to creating positive experiences within our communities.
