Monica serves as Vice President of Asset Management for Pensam. In her role, she oversees property operations, identifies opportunities for financial growth, and works to maximize asset performance across the portfolio.
Her responsibilities include analyzing property-level financials, evaluating local markets and trends, overseeing extensive capital projects, conducting property evaluations, and providing strategic oversight across the portfolio.
Prior to joining Pensam, Monica worked in multifamily management, with extensive experience managing properties on behalf of REITs, third-party owners, and direct owners in both the Seattle and Denver markets. Her background spans property acquisitions and due diligence, lease-ups, value-add renovations, along with senior living, mid-rise, and garden-style communities.
