Eddie Reiner
CFA, Director of Asset Management
Eddie Reiner, CFA serves as Director of Asset Management for Pensam. Eddie joined the firm in 2010 as an intern where he contributed to all aspects of Pensam’s initial growth, and now plays a primary role in the oversight of multihousing investments. Currently, Eddie’s responsibilities include the active management of the firm’s entire property portfolio, with direct supervision of the investments by contributing on all aspects ranging from operations, capital improvements, investor reporting, and internal analysis. In addition, Eddie leads the asset management of the firm’s preferred equity portfolio, working with Pensam’s strategic partners in order to enhance value and ensure financial success.
Eddie is originally from South Florida and received a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Florida. At age 22, Eddie was among the youngest in the nation to pass all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst® exam. Eddie is a CFA® Charterholder.
