Senior Asset Manager
Michael Verdeja serves as an Asset Manager for Pensam Residential. His responsibilities include identifying areas for financial growth within properties, monitoring leasing and operating activity, reviewing property-level financial statements, providing property rehabilitation administrative support, and aiding in the investor reporting process. Michael works in constant collaboration with Pensam Residential’s property management teams to effectively manage the multihousing portfolio. Michael’s primary focus is on Pensam Residential’s assets in Florida and Houston. In addition, he assists in the asset management of the firm’s preferred equity and JV equity portfolios, working with Pensam Residential’s strategic partners in order to enhance value and ensure financial success.
