Viviana Angulo serves as Office Manager & HR Coordinator for Pensam.

Her responsibilities include day-to-day operations of the Pensam Residential office as well as administrative assistance.  She provides technical and logistical support for special projects, meetings, conferences, and events. Additionally, she completes administrative duties for the human resources department including recruitment, maintaining employee records, and provides administrative support to all employees.

Viviana graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Lynn University. Prior to joining Pensam, she worked in the Hospitality industry as an Event Manager. Viviana’s past roles include organizing facilities and managing all event details such as décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, guest lists and equipment.
