Pensam is proud to celebrate outstanding achievements by the teams at two of its communities – Butterfield Oaks and Windscape of Naperville – following their recognition at the recent Chicagoland Apartment Association CAMME Awards.

In a remarkable result, Armond Thigpen and Stephanie Gales, Community Managers at the two properties respectively, tied for Community Manager of the Year. The CAMME Awards are a prestigious recognition within the Chicagoland multifamily market, and having both properties honored simultaneously reflects the exceptional standard of leadership across these communities.

The award was accepted on behalf of the teams by (left to right below) Lisa Cannella, Armond Thigpen, and Cathleen Kiefer.
