Pensam Partner, Executive Vice President, Noah Miller recently presented at the 2026 Multifamily Owners (MFO) Summit on January 5 at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, Florida.

Noah participated in a panel session titled “LP Equity: Show Me The Money,” where a group of seasoned real estate investors examined how LPs evaluate investment opportunities, assess deal fundamentals, and determine whether to invest or pass.
