Joe is a Founding Partner of Pensam, where he leads the firm’s risk committee and leverages his extensive experience to support and participate in capital market activities.
Previously, Joe was a partner at Cidel Financial Group (CFG), a Canadian-based financial organization managing over USD 20 billion across various global asset management and trust companies. He also served as Vice President at Merrill Lynch in New York from 1994 to 2000, gaining comprehensive experience working with both private and institutional clients in credit products.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Joe is deeply involved in community organizations and philanthropic initiatives. He currently serves on the boards of The Greater Miami Jewish Federation—where he previously chaired the International Division—and the Michael-Ann Russell Jewish Community Center.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
